frequency of receiving mails

I using gmail and everytime I open enourage it download newly incoming mails, but how I can set up it for refresh my inbox Enourage every 5 mins?

Hi Tanya -

I believe 2004 was the same (I'm running 2008 on all systems now);

Tools> Run Schedule> Edit Schedules
