Frequency of words used in a document?

I'm using MS word 2003. Is there any feature or plug-in that allows me to get
statistics from my 65,000+ word document? Like a generated list of the most
common words used in the document and the frequency with which I have used
them. I haven't found anything that I can use with MS Word. Thanks!
