I used the Frequency function to analyze a set of real values with one
decimal place.
I think that the Frequency function was applied properly with the
Ctl+Shift+Enter, but there is a problem with the results:

Select C2:C35 then enter the formula below

=FREQUENCY(A2:A131,B2:B35)

ctrl+shift+enter, not just enter
