I am unable to custom set frequency and angle in the print settings device
option. I it grayed out.

such settings are only available for PostScript printers, not inkjet nor
"PCL" printers. In any event, this is an OS printer driver function, not
MS Publisher's.

Mac,

Thanks for your response. I had just recently downloaded a PostScript driver
and am now able to get the desired settings.
