Friend not receiving my emails and I'm not getting an error msg.

I have a friend who isn't receiving my emails, nor am I getting an error
message that it is not being able to be delivered. She's using sbcglobal.net
for a server. I told her to check her junk mail filters; is there anything
else she can troubleshoot? I believe her abilities are "beginner" so we
should keep it simple if possible. I'm not sure yet if she's using Outlook as
her email program, or if sbc provides one she would be using. Is anyone out
there familiar with problems of things going into Trash or Junk mail. She
receives nothing from me, not just anything specific in subject area or
message body.....hmmmmm?

Try with a delivery receipt adn see if it is getting to their server.
