Any suggestions or warnings or good websites about going from Office 97 to
Office 2003? (Access,spreadsheets, word docs and templ, excel 97 and macros,
VBA addins).

Me too!

I just upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2003 and experience problem with
various documents - such as: templates (field values changing) and protected
documents etc..
