Hello,
Several days ago, I posted a message regarding exporting
an Access 2000 table with contact information to Outlook
2000 contact listing. The gentleman that replied to my
posting showed me how to do that through VBA.
Unfortunately, I was taught to append Access records to
Outlook contact listing regardless if the contact name
already exists in Outlook; resulting in duplicate contact
names.
What I want to know is how to have Access scan the contact
listing in Outlook, compare the entries with the records
in Access and export the record from Access only if the
name does not already exist in outlook.
Someone, please tell me that this is possible!
Any input is greatly appreciated!
