When I create a new email message, I have a from box. How do I tell Outlook
to use the email account settings?

Sorry I am struggling here. I am using Windows 2000 Professional. When I go
to CP, Mail, I get three options: E-mail Accounts, Data Files, and Show
Profiles. Both E-mail Accounts and Data Files take me to set-up a new
account. Show Profiles takes me to a General Tab. I then go to Properties
which takes me to a new account setup. Any other ideas? Thanks for your
help.

Hi,
When you click Show profiles it takes you to a General tap
clicking Properties button brings you to "MS Exchange settings properties"
On the Services tap in the Services window highlight your server and click
the Properties button.
In the Server properties box ( General tap ) you find the
Mail account and the User information.

Nope. Outlook 2002 doesn't have a Services item under the Tools menu. Try
reading the messages to which you're replying.
