From Contacts in Outlook, How do I get Title to Print on Envelope.

W

Weimar

Using Microsoft Office 2003. In Outlook, I have names and addresses and have
the Title Field filled in. When I am in Microsoft Word to print envelopes
using
the info. from Outlook, the names and addresses print out but the Title is
not shown. I would like the envelope to read Mr. John Doe not just
John Doe.
What do I need to do??

You can do what I do and insert the title on the same line as Mr John (so
much easier) the title seems to have been dropped in 2006/07 - a new look -
we won't have much left soon?

The other solutions have been very kindly documented by Greg Maxey MVP which
I also use on differing occasions:

"AddressLayout" is what you are altering (it is an autotext entry)

While Greg Maxey and I are good friends, I would prefer you didn't give him
the credit for my web site ;)
He has his own set of useful Word related items

It can only be the initials, because we are not at all alike :)
