How do you get from an e-mail that is in your Inbox--which already has a
Business Contact record that it is linked to--to the Business Contact record?
There has got to be an easy way to do this, but I can't find anything that
is less that 3 steps. I would have thought that a right click of mouse, when
resting your cursor on the e-mail, would have given you the option of going
to the business contact.
I like this program, but I am a bit frustrated ... and even a little more
frustrated trying to get help. This is my third post in this forum. I've
had not answers to my other two postings. How do you get help?
