"From" field and rule to file in folder

Good afternoon,

An executive assistant is sending e-mails on behalf of her boss, adding the
From field, from her computer. She created a rule on her boss's computer to
the effect that every single e-mail he sends should go directly to a specific
folder. She would also like that rule to apply to the e-mails she sends on
his behalf, but from her computer.

Is this possible?

No, that's not possible. A rule running on one mailbox can't file to a folder in another.
