Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003, we have a dummy user set up called Company
Billing with an email address of (e-mail address removed). We have it set up so
the billing person can enter this user in the FROM field to send messages.
Sometimes, when they start filling in that user, outlook will offer this
address match:
Company Billing <[email protected]>
If they pick that off the list, it does not send (no rights error) because
outlook puts (e-mail address removed) in the FROM instead of the actual user-
Company Billing.
If they pick Company Billing from the GAL, everything is fine. Is there any
way to stop outlook from offering the internet address match? Or is there a
way to get it to work with the internet address in the from field?
