From Field Blank for Recipient Messages from Outlook

In addition to my personal mailbox (for which I have Owner permission), I use
two additional mailboxes (with separate email addresses) for which I have
Publishing Editor permission. When I send outgoing messages from Outlook
from one of these mailboxes, the messages do not appear to have the From
field completed on the recipient end and appears to be from an unknown
sender. On my end, the From field appears to be completed (e.g. From: Normana
on Behalf of Mailbox A OR Mailbox A on Behalf of Mailbox A). Other people
who also send emails from these mailboxes do not have these issues. No one
in my company's IT department has been unable to figure out why this is
happening. Can someone offer a solution?
