FROM field defaults to mailbox name

I have two exchange mailboxes configured in my one profile - one is my
personal and one is called "helpdesk". Why is it when I respond to an email
from the HELPDESK inbox it automatically puts HELPDESK in the FROM field? I
want the resonse to always go as "me" instead of "helpdesk" and I DO NOT want
to have to change the FROM field every time I respond to a message.

Anyone know how to fix this??
