From field in OUtlook

I have several SMTP X.400 addresses for my user id. When I send an e-mail in
Outlook the from field defaults to my primary address. I am trying to send
e-mail from one of my other addresses but I keep getting an error message
"You do not have permission to send to this recipient".

Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?
