I have a user who needs/uses the FROM field when sending an email (Outlook
2007), but the next day when she logs on again to Outlook the FROM field has
gone thus she has to add it again !!! I tried to replicate it on my PC using
outlook 2007 & the FROM field stayed - Not a major issue, but annoying. Can
anyone help?
P.S - Both using XP & Outlook 2007 SP1, 3 of her colleagues in her dept dont
have the issue. Her profile as far as I can see is our standard setup.
