From Field Missing and Preview Pane Issue

I have many sub-folders under Inbox. I accidentally removed the FROM: field.
When I added it back, it shows up under Inbox, Deleted Items and Sent Items,
but each of my sub-folders is making me add it back individually.

This is also true of the Preview Pane. I removed the Preview Pane from the
main folders, but it makes me change each sub-folder individually.

Is there a way to apply the From: field and preview pane to all of
sub-folders permanently?

You can run outlook.exe once from the Start | Run line (browse to the path)
and append /cleanviews to the end - this will reset all default views to
their...er, defaults. Note that it will also remove custom views, however.
