From OL2000 to OL2003, MapDisplay disappeared

I had in Outlook 2000 "Dislay Map Address" of a contact,and I got it down to
street level also in Europe.
It is with Outlook 2003 only to streetlevel in USA and
in Europe only to a simple "City/Country" map.
Can this be done "updated" to the OLD outlook2003
system??? Or is MS trying to sell Mappoint/similar??
