From Outlook my MSN Dial-Up in Starting Automatically

Due to a virus, I had to reinstall Win98, Office 2000, and Internet Explorer 5. Now, whenever I receive an email that has a "Click here to see more" or some other HTML text my dialup to MSN starts automatically. I can't figure out which feature is causing this. It is driving me nuts, because it didn't do it prior to my reinstalls. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Any ideas?
