Does anyone know of a script or procedure, or anyone who could write one, whereby I can get a complete listing from all INCOMING or [especially] already RECEIVED email addresses contained in the headers: From:, Reply-To:, Sender: and To:?

2008 aarrives today and I'd like to be ready!

TIA

RECEIVED email addresses contained in the headers: From:, Reply-To:, Sender:

Go to Tools/Rules/POP - assuming your messages are in local folders "On My
Computer". (not sure if this gets all the emails in the headers)

Click New. Name the rule "Add to Address Book".

IF: change (All messages) to (From) Is not in address book (to avoid
duplicates).

Action: change the second action (Set category) to Add sender to address
book

Uncheck the Enabled box. (I assume you don't want this rule running on ALL
future messages, including spam that escapes the Junk filter. If I'm wrong,
keep the box Enabled.)

Go to the local Inbox, select one message, press cmd-A to Select All.
Go Message menu/Apply Rule/Add to Address Book. Let it run.

Repeat in any other folders where you want this done.

Would it be satisfactory just to open the message and select View > Internet
Headers?
