Not sure if the topic is clear, but here's the situation;
Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange server. "Show in Groups" is turned on.
When selecting an email containing From, Subject, Received, and Size
details, normally when clicking on the From Tab to sort by that column, it
will then sort the emails by Alphabetical order, with a new group for each
person, and it will automatically go down to that person. For example, I've
sorted by Received, I select an email from Smith, John and hit the "From" tab
at the top, all the emails get sorted alphabetically,one group per sender,
and the highlighted message from Smith, John is still selected.
However, from time to time it seems to lose track of whom I was making
active. I can go through the same process, and when I click the "From" field,
the view scrolls all the way back to the top of the list and I need to
actively scroll down to find who I was looking for.
Any ideas on what causes this, or how to fix it?
