From time to time, a rule is found to be checked off

I use Office 2K + SP3 on a W2K+SP4 system.
I have created few rules using the Rules Wizard.
From time to time, I find the box next to a certain rule is
checked off.

Any idea? is it a known problem? If so, what is the solution.
