From To Fields Switching in Outlook

I want the From field for my incoming emails and the To field for my sent
emails. In both my Inbox and Sent box, as well as personal folders, I set up
From and To as i want them. However, sometimes when I go to a box or folder
that should have the From field, it has switched to the To field, and vice
versa. It's useless to me to have the From field shown in my sent box--I
know that I sent the emails or they wouldn't be in my sent box!!!!! How do I
get the From and To fields to stay where I want them?

Try restarting Outlook once with the /cleanviews command switch.
