From View In Outlook

I have an end user here that is using Outlook 2003. When she is in her Inbox
and highlights an email from an in particular sender then clicks onto her
from field, the view changes from date to from. However it will list in
alphabetical order rather than going directly to the person of whom she
initially had the email highlighted. This used to work for her but no longer
does. I also tested this on my machine and mine will in fact go directly to
the emails of the person of whom I had the emailed highlighted.

Is there a fix for this?
