Front Page 2000 Forms verification code

I have a website with forms that are being attacked bya program that submits
the form repeatedly with gobbledycook.Can anyone tell me how to add a
verification code to my forms that will help prevent this happenning? I have
seen some instructions using some PHP computer code but I do not know how to
use this within MS Front Page.
Any help appreciated
