Front Page 2003 Question

I want to create a few buttons on my website that have a drop down menu when
you left click on them. Similar to the File, Edit, View, Insert, Format,
buttons on the top of Front Page . How do I go about doing this. I found
the Drop down box but that is not what I want. Please Help
