Front Page background music

For a long time, I've been trying to put background music on my
www.judoknighterrant.com website. I've ripped the music with Windows
Media player, have mp3, MVA, and other files. Following instruction in
any of several reference books I have for Front Page, I to to the Page
Properties window, select the browse option there, click on the music
file - and nothing happens.Tthe file won't select (no matter which
format I try) in the browse box.

I hope someone can offer a solution. Thanks.
