Front Page Express was available in WIN98 First Edition
and Internet Explorer 5. It disappeared in IE5.5
(according to the Microsoft Knowledge Base).
My old PC has Front Page Express (via Windows 98 FE or
IE5) and I would like to have it to use in Windows XP on
the new PC. Is there anywhere to download it officially
(and for free).
I have the WIN 98 disk if I can get it off of there
(how?) and I have found it for download from sites on the
internet, but I don't want to try untrusted sites unless
that is the only way.
Should I try copying the Front Page Express directory
tree from the old PC? I'd probably miss some needed dll
files.
