Front Page forms and my add-on domains not all working properly

For 3 of my 5 add-on domains, my forms are asking for a username and password
and I don't know how to fix them.

Forms work on my main domain without a problem.

They ALSO work on 2 of my add-on domains. I was TOLD by my hosting company
they would only work on my main domain and this cannot be true as they work
on 2 add-on domains domains without problem.

The problem is that forms on my other 3 domains ask for a username and
password when someone submits information. The reason they ask for this info
is they are trying to go through www.ADD-ONDOMAIN.MAIN-DOMAIN.com. This is
how (for some reason) they publish on Microsft Frontpage as well. Whoever
set them up (it was all at the same time) did something so that they can only
be uploaded inderectly through my main domain.

The 2 that work through Front Page publish DIRECTLY to their domain names
whereas the 3 problem sites do not publish that way.

You can use the form at www.pokerstudyhall.com as a TEST page to see what
happens when someone tries to use them. Again, the forms at
www.pokertothemax.com (main domain), www.pokertilters.com (add-on-domain),
and www.pokerbonusbucks.com (add-on-domain) ALL work properly without any
issues. My others do not.

Out of curiousity, what does this have to do with my Internet Service
Provider? Like I said, things work with 2 of my add-on domains but not the
other 3.

These 3 domains were all set up as a group at the same time by my hosting
company. They are set up differently than the ones that work. They publish
to ADDONDOMAIN.MAINDOMAIN.COM whereas the ones that work publish directly to
ADDONDOMAIN.COM and because of that they work fine.

Yet, my hosting company keeps denying that this should be possible and have
told me to contact Microsoft saying it is a Front Page issue. They are
steadfast on saying that forms do not work with any ADD-ON DOMAINS unless you
go through the main domain.

I just do not get it!

HELP!!!

FP does not support publishing to subdomains (required for FP forms to work)
You need to create a FP subweb as MAINDOMAIN.COM/ADDONDOMAIN to publish to it
Then have your host set the subweb path as a subdomain
