Front page install launces when adding clip art in other office products

All,

Hoping someone out there has an answer for me. We have
installed on six computer the Office suite (Word,
Excel....) We also have loaded FrontPage (all products
are 2000). Whenever someone tries to insert clipart in
Word, PP, Excel, a FrontPage installer appears and want to
load FrontPage. Because this accoount does not have
administrator privilges, it will not load. Did I miss
something on set up? If someone had the answer, please
let me know!!!
