Front Page installer opens when accessing Adobe files

Ever since I have installed Front Page 2003 whenever I click on a link that
is supposed to open a pdf file the file doesn't open and installer opens and
tries to install Front Page. I have uninstalled FP and reinstalled. I have
reinstalled Adobe after the FP install. Please advise.

According to the article on Adobe site
(http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/323421.html) that seems to be the way
they have set this up. Users must be at least Power User to be able to
install it.

I am having same problem. Have you found a solution? Is there a solution?
No Solution has been posted yet. I believe it has to be related to file
association (?) but not sure.
Any Help?
