Front Page not uploading.

The error message I get is:
500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the
server administrator, (e-mail address removed) and inform them of the time
the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the
error. More information about this error may be available in the server error
log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use
an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.34 Server at
www.penguin-pie.com Port 80
I know it has nothing to do with the remote server because I can't get on to
my hubby's site either~ different host. Somehow Frontpage is blocking my
access to the internet to do the uploads.

A 500 error "normally" indicates a permissions issue on the server.
Have your host check the permissions settings for your domain.

Thanx for your response Steve. The host says that everything is fine on their
end. I can go directly to their site and sign in and then upload my website a
file at a time. What a pain. Then I have to reload any pages with changed
links and upload each image and it's thumbnail counterpart seperately.
Definitely quicker through Frontpage so I'd like to get it back.

PS ~ it could be the host as I am not having any problems with another
website I take care of (It's on a different server). Can upload it directly
from Frontpage with no problem.

If you are using any File upload interface other than publishing in FP you have probably clobbered the FP SE
- have your host repair/reapply the FP SE on your site

PS
Did they provide you the log info about your 500 & 404 events
