Front Page Results

I have a query returning database results table to a form on another page.
How do I insert the cell contents into an area on the form. I have tried
simply pasting the value to the correct area on the form and I have tried
pasting the cells into text boxes as the initial value in the textbox
parameters area.
Anyone have any Ideas ???

Try:

<%=fp_rs("databasefieldname")%> as the initial value in each field.
