Front page server 2 Error

Today when I tried to open my website in Front Page I got the following error
Server error Error 2 opening registry key Software\Microsoft\Shared
tools\webserver extensions\Ports\Port80 I was able to open and update my
files yesterday, but today I can not even open the recent site. I don't
understand what has happened. I ran the Regmon tool as described in the fix
for this however I have no denied access. Does anyone know how to fix this
issue? The only thing that has changed is when I shut down my computer last
night Microsoft had update that needed installed, would this have anything to
do with this?
