front page user name & password

I change computers and back up my files and then loaded them on to the new
computer and now have forgotten all the user names and passwords to the sites
i created and can not open them, How do I get them now, the other computer
that had them all on it has been wiped clean.
Help!!!

You will have to ask your website hosts to reset the passwords on your
sites and give you the userids and new passwords.
