Front Page web site size problems

How do I make my web page (in front page) fit in every browser and screen
size? When I open my web page through Internet explorer, I end up having to
scroll to the right to see the entire page. How do I change this?? Please
help!

This isn't really that easy.
You can make the page automatically expand and contract to fit the screen "resolution" by placing
the content inside a main table with the width set to 100%

However, you probably won't like what you see because content will "shift" around at different
sizes.

When beginning, most people design using a fixed width centered table set at 760 pixels.
Then later on you can learn and apply CSS or use relative positioning.
