Front Page Will Not Load after Registration!!!@!

Hello,
Really frustrated after complete re-install of XP, Office, FP-2003,
in that after completing the Pain In the ***!@@ "registration"
process for FP, it now fails to load, or do anything at all!!
Please Help.

There is no required registration.
Did you activate it once it was reinstalled?
