Front Page won't publish

I created my work website (www.wendigassociatesinc.com)on Front page 2003. I
would like to publish this to the web but every time I try it tells me the
following:
1. The web server may not have FP server extensions installed (I checked
they are installed) (my web server is Namesecure)
2. The web server may be temorarily out of service ( I checked it isn't)
3.The proxy settings may incorrect (not connected thru proxy)
4.An error may have occured in web server.

I tried to publish for over an hour today and each time I came up with this
message. Why won't it let me publish?

According to my tests, the extensions are not installed. Are you positive
they are?
