Front Pagee / CSS Styles / Normal View

Anyone have any good tricks for getting Frontpage (2002 or XP) to
apply the CSS FORMATTING styles to the text/paragraphs while in Normal
view? (I am not using CSS-P).

They seem to work some times, not others, with no particular pattern.
When they are not working you have to constantly switch back and forth
to preview mode to try to see what you are doing. I have some pages
that most always work fine. Others never work. One was working fine,
then all of a sudden stopped... and I was not making any major
changes, just tweaking some paragraph styles.

Any help appreciated, the flip-flop to Preview makes this painful.

Show me the code on a page where this does not display properly in Preview,
and the code on a page where it does display properly, please.

It's always OK in Preview... it's Normal view that shows the styles
correctly, not at all, or mixed as you edit.

I thought that was normal. Normal view is a very quirky browser (if
you can call it a browser). Always test a page using Preview in
Browser - and test in IE and FireFox, which can display differently.

Yeah, I know that... I'm not a newbie :)

It's just a very long day switching back and forth to preview
constantly once a page enter the twilight zone of "I don't display CSS
styles anymore" mode.

The odd thing is that it works about half the time. I was hoping
someone would have some hints or tricks they might have learned to get
the CSS to work more often or perhaps force a proper redisplay.
