Thought I'd post the solution I found for this problem.
The developer of FEUtility lead me towards a possible
reference issue-and was correct. I had previously loaded
additional Add-Ins into Access on my machine. The client's
Access didn't have one particular Add-In. This was causing
problems looking for an Add-In that wasn't there, even
though not used in this application. Once I removed the
missing reference, from the client side, everything works
fine and FEUtility keeps the FrontEnd updated
automatically.
