Frontpage 2000: Asking web site views for user name and password?

I'm using Frontpage 2000. I just updated my web site, and until then all was
working fine. All I did this time was add a few .gif images (banner ads) to
my site, with simple www hyperlinks in them, then I uploaded the site. Well
now, on only ONE of my pages on the site, as soon as you load the page a
popup comes up that asks for a user name and password. If you click "cancel"
it goes away and you can browse as normal, but it's very confusing for
viewers! Earthlink (web hosting) seems to think it's a Frontpage problem,
but I did nothing to add this command prompt on my site. It's at
www.digitalcamerabasics.com/good.htm if anyone wants to take a look. How
in the world do I get rid of this?? Thanks.

The problem lies here: (line 462 when Viewing source in the browser)

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="_private/CanonG6.jpg"
width="206" height="168"></p>

There may be other instances of images in the _private folder - I stopped
looking at the first.

Any files in the _private folder will need a UserId/Password to view them
(some servers will give a 403 error instead).
