FrontPage 2000 error message

I'mhaving the following problem when trying to publish
information to the website; error message stating
frontpage could not connect to the server. Any
suggestions, Please help.

FRONTPG caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff9db61.
