FrontPage 2000 Error

I installed FrontPage 2000 to a client PC and when the
user tries to SAVE changes to our website (she says she
does "live updates") she gets the following:

Server Error: Cannot create file [filename].htm

I have researched all that I can, and I'm not finding any
resource that can explain why a simple date change can't
be made. Do I have to revert to '98?
