Frontpage 2000: How did I do this?!

I created a website for a company back when I was in high school (3 yrs ago)
and I'm not sure how I did something. I set it up so that there would be
navigation links on every page, and now I don't know how to access them to
update them. They have messed up some things on the site since I have left so
I was just trying to fix it up a bit. The website is
http://www.realtyonegroup.com, and I'm referring to the left hand side of
each page where the buttons are (Home, Buying, etc.). Any idea on how to edit
this please let me know!! Thanks!

The page is using shared borders, in particular the navigation is in the
left shared border.
The shared border files are located in the (normally) hidden _borders
folder. To see this folder (if it is still hidden) open the website in
FrontPage, then Tools->Site Settings (or Tools->Web Settings for FP2002
and earlier)
On the Advanced tab tick the box "Show hidden files and folders", click
OK and allow the site to refresh.

The navigation can, in fact, be edited from any page that displays it
without going into the _borders folder. You MUST open the web site in
FrontPage whichever method you use.

Shared borders! That's what I was looking for. I got it figured out now,
thanks for the assistance.
