FrontPage 2000... how do I

L

Hi,

I'm on a learning curve with FP2000. Without using frames is there any
way to create what will be static parts of my website? I have tried
looking in the online help, but when I don't know what it is called,
it's difficult to look something up.

What I want is the header which is always the same and also teh links
down the side not to move when the page is scrolled.

I had used frames but I removed them as it was causing so many search
engine problems.

Thanks, Louise

You could use some sort of javascript but that presents the same problems.

Why do you want themto stay there?

Best done with frames, but can somewhat be done with CSS and absolute positioning.
