Frontpage 2000 Web Page Upload

Have Windows XP Pro. Used Frontpage 2000 to design single-page web site,
using A.T.& T PWP as host. Keep getting the message: "This operation
requires end-user permission for ftp://upload.att.net:21." Help, any
suggestions anyone. Been online with A.T.& T., no help, check out A.T.&T.'s
Wurd, no help. Checked out help categories from MSN's Frontpage 2000, no
help. Getting very frustrated! Could it be a Firewall problem that I am
unaware of? I thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this

Read ATT instructions. I don't think they support FrontPage. If they do,
it's something new.
