Frontpage 2002 550/_borders:Permission denied

Everytime I try to publish my site I keep getting the same error
550/_borders:permission denied

I have been recently dragging and dropping my files into my webproviders
site which has been going well. Since yesterday I can't load pictures into
there site. Any clues?
