If you are using FTP make sure you FTP all the files in the _hidden folder named _derived
Specifically you are missing
_derived/socialsquash.htm_cmp_loosegst010_bnr.gif
_derived/coachsquash.htm_cmp_loosegst010_bnr.gif
_derived/competsquash.htm_cmp_loosegst010_bnr.gif
_derived/juniorsquash.htm_cmp_loosegst010_bnr.gif
| hi, yes im using a theme banner, i did use the tools/recalculate links, but
| the banner still shows on the new 4 pages linked to the squash page, as
| crosses, I use FTP explorer to upload to the web, and have replaced the whole
