Frontpage 2002 forms - file uploads

I am trying to create a form where people can upload files from my website.
When I go to form properties, select send to, and click options to get into
the saving results dialog box there is no file upload tab (this is the
instructions from the microsoft webpage). Is that tab not available in
Frontpage 2002? Is there some other reason why it would not be there?

Look under Insert menu, not the form properties. Also your site must be hosted on a Windows IIS web
server and the web host must allow you to use this option.
