Frontpage 2002 Not Responding

Hello, I have installed Frontpage 2002 on Vista Business 64 Bit. I also have
Office 2007 installed. Frontpage comes up fine. I click "File" then "Open"
then Frontpage gives "Not Responding". Any clues?
